Host is available if needed but otherwise you are given your privacy. A caretaker lives on property in a secondary structure but does not interact with guests except in the case of emergency. If you have an issue, please contact Templeton Vacation Rentals, not the caretaker, unless it is a true emergency.

Uncork adventure at every turn! Surrounded by scenic rolling hills and oak trees, your 3BR/2BA wine country retreat sets the scene for a truly relaxing vacation. The rural setting, right off Highway 46, makes exploring nearby wineries a breeze (there is literally one across the street) plus the Pacific ocean is just 15 minutes to the west.

Best to have a car, but you might be able to get an Uber out that far. A limo or tour company would be a better fit.
