Our property offers a peaceful and private location surrounded by nature and wildlife with easy access to hiking trails, lakes, beaches, and local attractions. In town, you will find many delicious eateries and one-of-a kind shops.

We’re Ryan & Lisa. We are lifelong Maine residents who live here in Southern Maine with our two adult children. When we are not working or rehabbing homes, we enjoy camping, spending time with friends and family & exploring local restaurants. As avid travelers, we have stayed in many rental homes during family vacations. We know what makes a great stay and we have put our heart and soul into creating a home away from home for you. Lisa has worked for the same homeless shelter for 20 years and is passionate about helping those less fortunate. After more than 20 years in IT, Ryan changed gears to pursue his long-term interest in Real Estate, leading us to this unique property, which we quickly fell in love with. Situated on a peaceful street just off Mountain Road, you'll be a 6 minute walk to Pleasant Mountain Ski area and a 1 minute walk to the shared beach / waterfront on Moose Pond! There are also many hiking/biking/walking trails in close proximity to the home. When you're ready to explore the town, downtown Bridgton is less than a 10 minute drive away. Here, you'll find a variety of delicious restaurants, unique shops and fun activities for everyone. While you stay with us, you will have enough space in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.
