Property information

Quaint, 100+ year old restored Cottage, with 4 B/R, 2 baths (bidet seats!) & garage. Secure gated parking. Just 2 blocks off N Main..1/4 mile to Stockyard's main attractions! 7 minute drive to Sundance Sq/7th St dist, Dickies Arena Newly renovated-new appliances, flooring, hotel quality mattresses & more. Cozy & roomy living space with 52" smart TV, & TV's in bedrooms. WiFi, 8' cedar fenced private backyard. Gas Grill -Please .no smoking inside. Outside ok. We have Ring cameras at entrances. -No pets -No parties.

Neighbourhood information

Quiet residential neighborhood, yet 2 blocks off Main Street. Thus, there will be some local traffic during morning and late day rush hours A couple short blocks walking distance to N Main, and 1/4 mile to the heart of the Stockyards..... and a nice community pool and park is a few blocks up the street 2 block walk to N Main, and 15 minute walk, (or 4-minute drive) to the heart of the Stockyards. Plenty of secure off street parking (curb front parking is also plenty safe and well lit). 1-car garage, 2-3 car driveway…gated
