When your mealtime masterpieces are ready to share, dine around the expansive window-side dining table inside, or eat alfresco on the multi-level deck. Both of the home's bedrooms come adorned with high-quality linens and sweeping water views. The interior amenities extend to great conveniences like a private washer/dryer, work desk, board game collection, and Pack-N-Play. A truly special component of Summit Lake Main House is its sprawling outdoor space. Amidst the lovely Washington weather, enjoy playing in the sand on the beach, board the canoe or kayaks for a serene glide, fire up the gas grill and host a barbecue, and share s'mores over the firepit's dancing flames. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
