This cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is conveniently located close to all the best summer and winter Lake Tahoe amenities. It features a bright open living/dining area with a lake view, large kitchen and wood burning stove. It is an easy 10 minute walk to a great beach and marina, and only a short drive to 5 major ski resorts. It is conveniently located 2 minutes from Kings Beach, 10 minutes from Tahoe City and 10 minutes from the Nevada state line (Crystal Bay). Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

The house is in a safe and mostly locals neighborhood. It is in a central location for all that Lake Tahoe has to offer in the winter and summer.
