Architecturally Designed with STR in mind. Welcome to my wonderful cottage, a place ideal for relaxation! Stylish living area with amenities like comfy couch and massive TV screen. Kitchenette to prepare something tasty. Queen size bed for some quality rest. Air conditioning for an enjoyable stay and a beautiful yard! All in the heart of Dilworth, walk to fine restaurants and bars. Explore places of interest. We're minutes from Uptown and South End. A great place to recharge. Check it out!

Originally the brainchild of Edward Dilworth Latta in the 1890s, Dilworth was Charlotte's first streetcar suburb. To attract residents and businesses to the suburb, Latta built a 90-acre park as an enticement. The community was constructed as a grid that centered on East Boulevard, welcoming families to turn-ofthe- century, Queen Anne, colonial revival and Craftsman architecture. Today, a new generation has discovered the charm and neighborliness of Dilworth with its treelined streets, front porches and inviting sidewalks. It continues to thrive as one of Charlotte's most historic and popular neighborhoods. Shops and restaurants add to the area's appeal. You will stay near Historic Dilworth with friendly neighbors, conveniently close to lots of restaurants and many attractions. Harris Teeter and Fresh Market are one block away! Or try YAFO Kitchen for something “Mediterranean”.
