This beautiful, cozy ocean block condominium, with access to a building elevator, will be your home away from home. Located within walking distance of everything in downtown Rehoboth Beach, it features a bright, colorful decor, comfortable furniture, and a great view of the boardwalk and ocean. Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Living Area: 1 Queen Sofabed Guests can purchase a USD70 (non-refundable) accidental damage protection fee policy OR select a USD3,000 refundable security deposit. Rentals DO NOT INCLUDE toiletries, bed or bath linens, linen packages are available for purchase. Dogs are not permitted in our rental units unless otherwise indicated. The standard policy for community pools is that they are opened starting on May 25th and closing on September 1st.
