This cozy home includes a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with large cast iron tub with shower and a laundry area with washer and dryer. Local channels and Roku (Netflix, Hulu, HBO with your subscriptions), WiFi internet are all available to guests for unlimited use. ​​​​​​​Tree Lined, Historic East End Neighborhood, 1 mile to downtown, 2 miles to BSU, one block to a flat trail leading to the Botanical Gardens (summer concerts), 50 acres of hiking and biking in Chief Eagle Eye Reserve, and local's favorite, Eagle Rock Park and Playground. Wander south to find the Boise River Greenbelt for biking or walking for miles in either direction. Visit our local public pool, The Natatorium, complete with old school water slide, The Hydrotube! This home and location are perfect for a stay with kids or dogs! You may park in the driveway or carport and there is ample parking along the street in the front of the house, a truck and trailer could be accommodated here. The garage is for host use only. 1-2 dogs welcome!
