Quiet ,residential but close to downtown,Modern furnishings, and secure.No Parking issues and you can walk to the metro or catch a bus if you prefer that option.

Neighbourhood information

Petworth is vibrant culturally but the unit itself is in a quiet area ,walking distance to the metro.Once you get to either the bus stop next block or the metro ,you can navigate your way to most touristic sites in DC,Virginia and Maryland
