Neighbourhood information

This apartment is situated within a beautiful community called The Kensington At Riggins Run that was just built in early 2023. We have a corporate housing contract with them, which allows us to fully furnished this apartment and a few others and rent them to guests like you. The community is modern, clean, and upscale. It's located in a quiet part of the Dublin/Hilliard area; one of the most desirable suburbs of Columbus. You'll love being just a few minutes from all the shopping and dining options of Bridge Park and all the other attractions of this area. Commuting from here to any other part of Columbus is easy thanks to our proximity to freeways. Before booking, you should know that a train runs near the property a few times a day. You'll hear it occasionally, so we like to mention it, but this community has been a huge hit among our guests and we now have multiple rentals there since it's been so popular.
