The swimming pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. We work hard to get this done as quickly as possible so our guests can enjoy the pool. Entire space is included in this rental including the gym, pool, kids play area, outdoor BBQ grill, picnic tables & covered parking. Please, make yourself at home. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. We require a credit card on file for a security deposit / incidentals for all bookings at our property. You will be provided a link to complete the security deposit after booking. We place a credit hold of 300, 24 hours before your arrival and the deposit is fully refunded within 24 hours of departure as long as house rules are observed and there are no damages to the property.
