Hello & welcome to this wonderful 2-bedroom basement apartment! With a plush full-sized bed we guarantee a comfortable night's sleep. The living room/kitchenette area is perfect for relaxing, & has everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Living room area includes a futon which converts into a full-sized bed, and also has room to open up the queen-sized air mattress. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable & enjoyable stay. Great news, pets are allowed at the facility! However, please note that there is a 150 dollar charge associated with bringing your furry friends along. On the other hand, children who are 2 years old and under stay for free! In terms of parking, the first vehicle can be parked for free. However, any additional cars (up to 2 cars) will be charged an additional 25 dollar fee per night. If you are planning on arriving early or departing late, please keep in mind that there is a 20 dollar fee per hour for early check-in and late check-out. This is a family-friendly and smoke-free environment. To ensure that everyone enjoys their stay, there will be a 200 dollar penalty for anyone who does not adhere to this policy. If you are planning on hosting an event at the facility, please note that there is an extra fee associated with it. Please contact us for more details.

Access to both Mount Vernon East and West Metro North Train. Many public buses option. Enterprise and Zipcar rentals nearby. Yellow Cabs are available at the Train Stations.
