Nestled in the charming beachside community of Lanikai in Kailua, our Little Yellow Cottage offers all the comforts of home in a tranquil, tropical setting. This separate and distinct 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath cottage is perfect for your Hawaiian getaway. Upstairs, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living/dining area, and a convenient half bath. Downstairs, the main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both rooms share a Jack and Jill full bathroom. The cottage is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need, including a TV, books, games, toys, beach towels, linens, and an initial supply of paper products and soaps (dish soap, laundry soap, and body soap). Relax on the front porch, shaded by a magnificent monkey pod tree that spans two properties and provides a natural home for songbirds (manu mele), offering a delightful morning serenade. Just a five to seven-minute walk away is the world-famous Lanikai Beach, renowned as the best swimming beach in all of Hawai’i. The vibrant town of Kailua is a short seven-minute drive, where you'll find great shopping, excellent restaurants, and the Kailua Beach Center, which rents kayaks and other ocean toys. This is a smoke free property. Please be informed that this property is a legally established dwelling available for rent for a minimum of 30 consecutive days or more, regardless of actual occupancy
