Thunderhead Falls is your perfect paradise in the Black Hills! This amazing log home features gorgeous Rapid Creek frontage. From the soft sounds of the waterfall to the natural rock formations and hiking trails out your back door, this property is one of a kind. The interior is equally impressive with all the natural details used to build this log home. The main suite overlooks the creek with its personal walk-out deck. After a day of exploring, come home to relax in front of one of the two wood fireplaces, pamper yourself with some time in the private steam shower or jetted tub, or challenge a friend to a game of pool. The large backyard will allow you to enjoy hours of relaxation and fun. Thunderhead Falls features paved roads and it is only minutes from town. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
