This house offers three private rooms (one of which is a single room and can only be booked for one person). Pregnant women (there are stairs for safety reasons) and children under two years old are not allowed to stay, as the house is not wheelchair accessible. Pets are not allowed. The house has a shared standard bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, and toaster and is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Food with strong odors is not allowed. There is no stove or oven. Please clean the kitchen after use. Laundry service is available for an additional fee. Please do not leave personal items (including towels) in the shared bathroom and keep it clean and hygienic. Do not disturb other guests. Public street parking is free during designated hours.
Newly upgraded and renovated traditional American style residence, equipped with brand new furniture and room supplies. Beautiful environment, quiet and comfortable room. Only 10 minutes walk from Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. It is a good place for you to deeply experience American life. I have my own 7-seat legally operated commercial vehicle and have been engaged in tourism guide work in New York for many years. I can provide you with a full range of services for eating, drinking, playing, entertainment and shopping in New York and its surrounding areas. (I am an Uber driver and there is no immediate reply if there is a customer. I will reply immediately after the customer gets off the car) Looking forward to your visit!
