Location! Location! Location! Cozy Modern Home Near Downtown and U of A. Beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath home. Perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers. Across the street you'll find the University of Arizona and various restaurants on 6th, and downtown is a 2 minute drive! Airport is a smooth 10 minute drive!
