Updated cottage-style home with great outdoor and indoor space. Sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms and 1 loft. Large living room area for family gatherings. Separate dining area. Large kitchen with an island bar. Spacious upstairs with bath, bedroom and a nook for kids.
Outside has plenty of open lawn space, covered patio area with grill for outdoor gatherings. There is a firepit and a game room with pool table and air hockey.
Off-street parking for four vehicles.
Neighborhood is 3 minutes to the city center. Surrounded by single-family homes with mature yards and trees.
Approximately 2 minutes to restaurants. Five minutes to grocery stores, movie theaters, and shopping. Utah State University, golf and hiking trails are a short drive (5-10 minutes) from the home.
