Beautifully renovated 3bd, 2bth + bonus room home - 1mi from Downtown Healdsburg / 3min from 20+ wineries. Our spacious & thoughtfully designed home is perfect for families & friends. The home comfortably sleeps 8, including a pull-out couch in a fully private bonus room. Everything is brand new! The quiet property is nestled on 3/4 acres w/20+ orchard trees, pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, strong WiFi, 6 adult bikes w/locks, toys/games/books for kids, outdoor games & smart TV's w/Netflix/Disney+. Pets Welcome!
We have a local co-host available for immediate needs and requests. Upon booking you'll receive contact info for 3 individuals committed to ensuring you have a memorable and relaxing stay.
Our home is located just over 1 mile from Downtown Healdsburg. The property is on a quiet street lined with family vineyards and ranch homes. There are over 20 world class wineries within 5-7 minutes drive, the Russian River Beach is just 1/2 mile walk and all of Healdsburg is a short bike ride away. There is ample parking for 4-6 cars in the driveway, as well as two spaces in front of the home on the street. We also provide 6 adult-size bikes with locks for a quick bike to town or wine tasting - all within 5-7 minutes.
