Located on one of the most desirable streets in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Durham, this listing is for the recently renovated downstairs 3 bedroom apartment. There are three units in this building, all of which we rent on Airbnb. Walk to Duke Campus, Whole Foods and downtown restaurants. Original hardwood floors, new shaker kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, an in-unit washer/dryer, off street parking for two cars (in tandem), and spacious living room.

This property is located in the Trinity Park neighborhood with tree lined streets and large homes just off of Duke's east campus. The property is walking distance to Duke Campus, downtown, a local playground, Whole Foods, and a variety of other restaurants. Please be courteous and quiet as this is a family friendly neighborhood.
