We started hosting vacation rentals in 2011 and we love sharing our amazing properties in New Orleans and Florida with other guests. We also love being a guest at other fabulous vacation rentals around the country. We split our time between New Orleans and Florida, and we rarely have the opportunity to meet most of our guests in person. However, we are always available by phone, text, or e-mail. 24/7. Standard Check-in time is any time after 4pm, Check-out by 11am.

Experience New Orleans in "Grand" style! Walker Mansion on St Charles Ave is an amazing piece of New Orleans history; built in 1880 by the famed architect Thomas Sully. Unit 3, is a large studio apartment located on the 1st floor w/ 3 Queen beds, Balcony overlooking Courtyard Terrace, Kitchenette, Dining table, and 1 Bathroom. In a way that is uniquely New Orleans, the mansion has been subdivided into 7 separate Units. All of the Units are private spaces with their own kitchenettes, and private bathrooms. And there are some additional common spaces in the building that are available for all guests to use if desired. (Master Kitchen, Grand Dining Hall, Sunroom, Laundry, Courtyard and Front Veranda). Standard Check-in time is any time after 4pm, Check-out by 11am.

Neighbourhood information

Enjoy easy access to the Street Car on St Charles, and your front row seat to Mardi Gras parades, while being safely located in the Garden District. The Garden District is considered one of the most prestigious, beautiful and safest areas of New Orleans. And St Charles Avenue is known for its beautiful tree lined street with numerous historic mansions and easy access to the French Quarter via the St Charles Streetcar. Walker Mansion is close to Downtown with great walkability to Magazine Street for Dining and Antique shopping. Standard Check-in time is any time after 4pm, Check-out by 11am.
