Expect permanent residents in the separate unit at the property to be in and out. This location, and it's owners are passionate about entertainment. This unit is best suited for parties comfortable with a good time and a little spontaneity

Immerse yourself in a coastal jungle oasis! This property is conveniently placed 10 minutes between downtown, and Tybee Island in either direction. Enjoy breathtaking views while going for a swim or paddle from the non-tidal dock on Richardson Creek. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, then complete your wind down in the private hot tub, or steam sauna bathroom inside of the unit. Listing comes with complementary water toys and bikes. Park, grocery store and restaurants around the corner.
