Holidays and Vacation in style with the whole family at this peaceful place on the bayou, 700' of kayaking to the Escambia Bay. We're within driving distance to local restaurants, airports & the world most beautiful beaches. Our home comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms, family room with eat-in kitchen, private dock, 600-sf of decking with outside dining table, lounge chairs & view of the water are ready for your enjoyment. Wi-Fi, self-check-in, free parking - we've got everything you need.
I have always loved making new friends, which is why I decided to start hosting. I have been in Pensacola for more than 25 years and enjoy every minute of it. I love to explore the beach and also finding the best breakfast and coffee shops. Thank for staying with me.
Our house is situated near Interstate I-10 and Highway 281, also called Avalon Blvd. Garcon Pointe Bridge, which Avalon Blvd merges into, is a great shortcut over Pensacola Bay and East Bay to the city of Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Navarra Beach & Destin areas. Avalon Beach is located in East Milton Elementary and King Middle and Milton High School District. Boat launch that is right in the neighborhood, bring your own boat for the best fishing in the Escambia Bay areas. Recreation Vehicle, Canoes and Kayaks are welcome too.
