This lovely, spacious home is perfect for a quiet respite from the busy life. It is situated in a quaint, sunny neighborhood on Park Hill. No backyard. There's so many peaceful, restorative things to do at this property: enjoy a relaxing cup of tea and a good book on the back deck, watch the moon rise over the ocean, sit in front of a fire, and enjoy a glass of one of our local wines. Town is just across the Highway, with fabulous restaurants, art museums, local crafts stores, and elegant specialty shops. Harmony Cellar's is 3 miles south serving great local wine, and don't forget to visit the Pottery & glass blower shops. Hearst Castle and the Elephant Seal sanctuary are a few miles north. So much to do, enjoy, return to time and again.
