Company information

Boston born-and-raised. I work the "numbers racket" during the day working in finance, but I used to "play" Army (spent 8 years in special operations). I believe in spaces and places that provide restorative calm, allowing people to enjoy "being in the middle of it, while away from it all."

Welcome to Birch Grove Retreat, a charming Cape Cod-style home 2 minutes from Lake and 5 minutes from Mount Sunapee. This spacious 4-bed, 3-bath (with bonus 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment as needed) boasts ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Perched atop a gentle hill and 13 acres, the property provides picturesque views of the surrounding landscape. The expansive yard (with pond!) is perfect for outdoor activities or simply enjoying the tranquility of nature.

Neighbourhood information

Sunapee and New London are tranquil by design. The area is distinct in its offering as compared to the more "lively" lakes to the East, and that probably is why you're looking "here" vs. "there."
