Casita súper acogedora, construcción en adobe con techo vivo; fresca y perfectamente térmica y se encuentra a 200 mts de la playa. Es una casa de fondos (en la parte delantera del terreno vivo yo con mi familia), cabe mencionar que tengo una perra (Chola, ladra, pero no muerde) y 2 gatitos :) La casa tiene unos 37 mt2. Cuenta con una habitación con cama doble, un baño y un estar con cocina integrada en donde hay una cama marinera.Es una casa de fondos (en la parte delantera del terreno vivo yo con mi familia) .En los tiempos que corren hacemos especial hincapié en la limpieza y la minuciosa desinfección de todas las superficies. Toda la ropa de cama y baño, incluidos colchas y frazadas son lavados con cada recambio.
Soy una persona respetuosa, calma y feliz de vivir en donde vivo. Hace 20 años que trabajo en José Ignacio y 15 que vivo aquí, y como en este lugar tan especial encontré "mi lugar en el mundo" creo que más no puedo pedir. Vivo en el paraíso!
José Ignacio es un pueblito de pescadores que con los años se transformó en un pueblo mágico donde se cuida mucho el medio ambiente y las características del mismo. Hoy es uno de los lugares donde los turistas eligen venir por esos motivos y por la belleza del lugar. Sus playas, áreas verdes y lagunas para hacer deportes son una atracción muy importante como el kite surf, wind surf, wake board, surf, cabalgatas y pesca. Otro de los grandes atractivos de la zona es su gastronomía con una cocina autóctona a base de carnes y pescados a la parrilla. Sus pequeños restaurantes con espacios y fogones al aire libre, en la arena o rodeados de bosque son un distintivo del lugar. Otro gran atractivo es el puente redondo ubicado en la laguna garzón construido en el año 2015 por el reconocido arquitecto Rafael Vigñoly. Aquí algunas normas básicas de convivencia de nuestra zona: BASURA: La basura se tira en los contenedores verdes, ¡no hay recolección domiciliaria!. Separación de residuos: En la plaza de José Ignacio hay 2 contenedores destinados para residuos reciclables en donde se pueden tirar: cartón, latas y botellas /o plástico pet. Restos de podas y ramas: se tiran en el verteder
