The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
For Hanoi Capital Region (capital city and related regions): guests must produce a negative Covid19 test certificate as issued by the Viet Nam Center for Diseases Control (CDC) or official medical facility, within the last 72 hours prior to arrival to the hotel, for check in to the hotel. If a guest does not have this certificate, guest will be denied check in. This applies to new bookings made from 14th May for stay dates 17th May to 31st May 2021 inclusive. Existing bookings: this regulation does not apply.
