Situated 3 km from central town on the 2nd floor of a quiet cul-de-sac seafront complex with 24-hour onsite security. 10 Steps away from great whale watching views, Private rock pools and beach area along a beautiful fynbos cliff path.

The apartments is in secure seafront estate with 24 hour access controlled security, the Abalone farms nearby provide even further security due to the value of the Abalone.
