Property info

Antrim Villa is a tropical inspired old Victorian home located in Green Point surrounds within walking distance from the beach promenade on the Atlantic Seaboard, close to many great restaurants and attractions. In the back you'll find a secluded tropical garden with sun-chairs and a cool saltwater pool. Antrim Villa is a wonderful old house built in the late 1800s. Its charm comes from the Victorian style with high ceilings, well kept stuccos, and the original pinewood flooring. The Villa's style is Afro Scandinavian accentuated with materials like sisal, bamboo and linen. Therefore the interior has a neutral organic colour palette. The serene garden with sun beds, palms and citrus trees holds a large blue saltwater pool for you to cool of in.

The Villa is located in Green Point, secluded just a few streets above the Main Road en route to Sea Point. As one of our guests put it: “A perfect location for anyone wanting to avoid the rush of the city, but still be close enough to be a part of it.” Green Point has fast become one of the trendiest residential areas in Cape Town with its village feel, sidewalk cafes and stylish shops. Antrim Villa is situated just a 5 minute walk from the ocean so you can feel the salt on your skin, enjoy those beautiful sunsets or why not take a morning jog at the beach promenade before you enjoy our scrumptious breakfast buffet. Within walking distance you’ll find the Cape Town Stadium, one of the best gyms in town, the V&A Waterfront, Two Oceans Aquarium, Signal Hill, Lions Head, a huge variety of great restaurants and much much more. If you want to explore more of what the Western Cape and South Africa has to offer, keep in mind that Antrim Villa will happily arrange your unique and personal daily excursions and/or weekly tours.
