Avemore has been in business from 2008 with apartments in central Stellenbosch, Our small Olive farm Le verger in the Devon valley was added to our portfolio in October 2022. The beach house for Avemore guests is situated in Sedgefield in the beautiful garden route. We are delighted to welcome our guests to comfortable accommodation in beautiful Stellenbosch.

Property information

Avemore Le verger Rare Gem was called the dungeon many years ago, we have renovated the apartment completely making sure our guests will have a lovely stay, the new kitchen is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine all you need to make your stay comfortable, Rare gem is situated near the pool you would be the first to have a early dip in the lovely natural pool, with spectacular views. A most comfortable king size bed was chosen for you with crisp linen and ensuite bathroom. Should you feel like a braai you are welcome to use the facility that we have. Free parking is available behind electrical gates. We do have a natural water supply at Le Verger that goes through extensive purification system and is safe to use, it might have a slight colour due to natural tannins in the water. All our Avemore apartments are family friendly, we would gladly supply you with a cot, baby chair and bath for your little one. There are many wonderful wine farms and restaurants nearby we will gladly supply you with a list of names. We look forward to welcome you at Rare Gem

Devon valley is situated a few minutes from Central Stellenbosch, the area is known for the most amazing views and wedding venues as well as holiday farms and accommodation.
