⭐Taking up the entire 9th floor in this modern block on the beach, this is penthouse living at its best. ⭐This spacious apartment offers unique ocean, city and mountain views. ⭐ The home's open-plan design and carefully created spaces make this the perfect Cape Town escape, be it for business or pleasure. ⭐ Perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants, the beach and epic kitesurfing on your doorstep. Although the lifts don't work during load shedding, the apartment has start of the art back of inverters and you have a modern gas hob to cook on. We also send you the load shedding to work around so it doesn't impact your stay.

Neighbourhood information

Blouberg strand is famous for the best kitesurfing in the world! And this apartment is right on the beach where you can watch all the action and big jumps! You have the well known restaurants a short walk away, and three big shopping malls and supermarkets less than 2km dive. Uber drivers are minutes away and public transport also stops right close to the building. With easy access to Cape Town city center (15 minutes drive) as well close to the famous winelands of Durbanville, this is a great place to base your stay from.
