Our guests love Blouberg Heights 201 for many reasons, particularly its safe location that is walking distance from amazing beaches, scenic viewpoints, coffee spots, restaurants, shops and the iconic Bloubergstrand promenade! After a day out, they are welcomed home by breathtaking 180° views through large windows overlooking Table Mountain, Robben Eiland and the West Coast Fynbos. Blouberg Heights 201 is a spacious 115m², sea-facing and mountain-facing apartment with 3 well-appointed bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a sundowner viewpoint, fibre internet (free Wi-Fi), DSTV, and power backup during loadshedding. The building itself is situated about 50m from the beach in a secure, well-maintained residential complex with recycling facilities, a laundry room, and a communal BBQ (braai) area with a garden for children to play. The building has wheelchair-friendly elevator access and free parking on a first-come-first-serve basis. PLEASE NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited in Blouberg Heights 201 and the rest of the building. We also don't allow loud music, parties and any other noise disturbances at any time, since Blouberg Heights is a residential building. Use the right lane to take the exit towards Koeberg Rd/M5 and drive approximately 140m 6. Turn right onto the M5 ramp to Milnerton/N1/Paarl and drive approximately 500m 7. Take the M5 exit and drive approximately 240m 8. Use the right 3 lanes to take the M5 ramp to Milnerton/N1/Paarl and drive approximately 2.8km 9. Turn left onto Boundary Rd and drive approximately 650m 10. Turn right onto Marine Dr/R27 11. Continue to follow the R27 for approximately 7.7km 12.
