Situated in the quiet suburbs of, Bellville and Tyger valley in Cape Town, our self-catering and guest house venues have been operating for more than 15 years. During this time, the Broadway Group has continuously maintained its reputation for affordable accommodation, comfort, and 5-star service. We offer safe parking – park your car on the premises (either behind a security gate or off-street parking). Our friendly staff will assist with your check-in at your ‘home away from home’

We welcome you, our visitor, to our Broadway Self-Catering apartment, We cater for all holidaymakers and corporate businesses and offer a stylish self-catering 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom unit for your overnight stays with fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and comfortable beds for up to 4 people, to enjoy after a long and tiring day of travel or business. We strive on security for your vehicle inside a close built residential complex with remote access and secure parking for your daily visitors. This apartment is on the first floor with an enclosed balcony facing a sunny and peaceful courtyard, with an outdoor braai area for your BBQ experience. It is a non-smoking unit with permitted smoking on the balcony, outside at the braai and parking area only.

Tygervalley is situated in the heart of the Cape Wine Lands, surrounded by some of the most popular wine estates in the Western Cape Province. We are a strolling distance away from vibrant shopping places, well know coffee shops and fine dining restaurants. We have a number of music and nightlife entertainment venues for the guests to enjoy. The popular Durbanville Golf Course is five minutes away, mini-golf in close distance, as well as three shopping centers and Malls, to choose from. Cape Town City and the famous Waterfront are about twenty to thirty minutes' drive away, whereas public transport is available and safe to take our guests anywhere they want to go.
