The house is centrally located in Lovell Avenue, Die Boord, and is walking distance to key amenities, such as restaurants and coffee shops, hiking trails in the Stellenbosch mountain, a large convenience centre, a hospital etc. Key features include a backup electricity system, an indoor and outdoor braai (barbeque), a wood fired pizza oven, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, garage parking space for 4 cars and additional secure parking.
Die Boord is a lovely and peaceful neighbourhood. It is centrally located, walking distance to key amenities, such as restaurants and coffee shops, hiking trails in the Stellenbosch mountain, a large convenience centre, a hospital etc.
