Comfortable family home - luxury carpeted double room which opens out onto patio and small garden. Table and chairs on patio to enjoy our lovely summer. Comfortable bed with top end linen. Large flat screen TV with Premium DSTV - all channels from news, sport, entertainment and radio available. Uncapped Wi-fi and USB plug points. Hair dryer on request. Aircon to keep you cool or warm. Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, etc. available in room together with milk, rusks and muffin. Complimentary bottle of water in fridge. Magazines and Scrabble.

Rosebank Suburb is a centrally situated family suburb in Cape Town. Easy access to both the N2 (airport) and N1 Highways. Some local attractions like Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, The V & A Waterfront, CTICC and Rhodes Memorial Tea Garden are within 28 minutes away. Rondebosch Common for walks is 5 minutes away. We are conveniently situated for University of Cape Town and some of Cape Town's top schools. Cavendish Square Shopping Centre is 5 minutes away.
