The house location is outstanding, surrounded by fynbos .This property offer beautiful views over the sea .
Pinnacle Point declared a provincial Heritage site-which have revealed some of the earliest evidence for modern human behaviour site. It is a world class golf course .Whe are within minutes' drive to the beach. This area is very safe with wonderful walks around the golf course, Pinnacle Point feature panoramic sea views.
