We love sharing Bougainvillea House with its fantastic views and central location with guests from around the world.
Bougainvillea House is the epitome of that old real-estate mantra... Location, Location, Location! You will be a mere stone's throw from the Historic Mile with all its restaurants, coffee houses, and enchanting stores, and yet you are removed from any noises from the street. Everywhere is within walking distance, including Boulders beach and the African Penguins.
The nature trails leading up to the mountains and Admirals Waterfall start from the front door.
Simon's Town harbour, just 160 meters away, is where you can book a trip to watch the whales and the dolphins, or head out for a kayak tour of the bay.
For cyclists, Simon's Town is heaven on earth. Whether you're a mountain biker or a roadie, the Cape offers the most spectacular riding experiences this side of the equator.
Everything in Simon's Town is within walking distance of Bougainvillea House but you can rent a vehicle and enjoy drives all over the beautiful Cape. Uber and other ride apps service the area.
