Oceanfront: 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Apartment by the Sea Welcome to Marginella by the Sea, a serene coastal getaway perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a peaceful escape. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers modern amenities with breathtaking ocean views, making it the ideal place to relax and recharge. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. General house rules: • No loud noise after 10pm • Please be aware of monkeys • black bags remain in unit or otherwise in green bins at complex • No more than 6 occupants • Cleaning fee is exit clean fee only - additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional fee. • please don’t lock house keys inside apartment. • Please let us know if you will be bringing a trailer down in advance as we need to notify complex prior to arrival for smooth access • Once entry amenities are finished please restock yourselves • Refundable pet deposit will be charged as well as additional cleaning fee for pets. No entry if no payment received. • Refundable damages deposit, R2000, will need to be paid 1 week prior to arrival via EFT, no refundable damages deposit = no keys. Refundable damages deposit will be refunded 2 weeks after check out less any damages. • Check out is 9:30am fines will be implemented if rules broken! Please note: Durban is experiencing loadshedding, please download the “EskomSePush” app to keep updated on the schedule as it can change hourly.
