PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A 7 KM ROCKY GRAVEL GOVERNMENT ROAD THAT LEADS TO THE PROPERTY'S TURN-OFF AND THEN A FURTHER 3 KM NARROW TAR ROAD BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE GATE. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY AND WITH CAUTION. HIGH-PROFILE VEHICLES ARE RECOMMENDED.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Mount Sheba Rainforest Hotel - Mountain Spring Water in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of ZAR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
