Mountain View Guest House- “away from the madding crowd,” your safe haven from the hustle and bustle of the city. The guest house is a 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom double story mansion which overlooks one of the mountains in Underberg. The facilities at the guest house and those outsourced are purposed to make the guest house self-containing and provide the guest with a rejuvenating, tranquil holiday. Our guest house is targeting families, groups of friends, corporate groups as well as small events. We have a 900m2 garden which is perfect for hosting a small wedding or garden party with a stretch or clear tent. For the bridal party, If you book your wedding at our venue, we offer the first night after the wedding, on the house.
We have many great activities to partake in. including walking or hiking in the Himeville nature reserve (7km), go horse riding for as little as R320 for an hour (11km away), trout fishing for R200 per person, per day (800m) or bring your passport and go on a thrilling Sani Pass Tour for the whole day, for as little as R1000 pp. (including lunch on the highest pub in Africa) AND SO MUCH MORE.
