Pennington is a quaint little coastal town south of Durban along the KwaZulu Natal South Coast and is the ideal beach holiday destination for families and only an hour’s drive from the King Shaka International airport. Our newly refurbished, very comfortable and well equipped two bed room unit is situated in a complex which is literally just a stone throw from the swimming beach. The Unit is situated on the first floor which is accessible by steps and has secure undercover parking. The unit also comprises of 1-bathroom, open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a balcony. Air-conditioning, and a DVD player. Communal braai facilities, playing areas and swimming pool. The complex is protected by Pennington Crime Watch (number plate recognition CCTV cameras at all entrances to Pennington), a very active neighbourhood watch and police surveillance, electric operated gate with a coded door, a night time guard and a manager that stays on the premises.
The host stays on the property and are 24/7 available to assist guests.
Shopping facilities on ground floor which includes a Restaurant, a Pharmacy, a Laundromat, a Saferite, a Liquor Store and at the beach you will find the Impithi beach kiosk which also serves breakfasts and lunches. Pennington also hosts three of the best golf-courses in South-Africa, great fishing opportunities, scuba diving, horse riding trails, shark cage diving, mountain biking and hiking trails to enjoy. 15km from Pennington you can also find the famous Crockworld and Conservation Centre.
