A stylishly furnished double-storey executive mansion with uninterrupted sea views, ample light, a garden & a pool. Location: 25m from a private beach, 200m from Port Alfred's Blue Flag Kelley's Beach & a few min's drive from the Royal Port Alfred Golf Course. Additional benefits: No water in Port Alfred? No problem! Our independent watering system ensures our taps never run dry. We have an on-premises domestic helper for in-house cleaning upon request & extra fee.
Your hosts are Dr Martin & Prof Nadine Oosthuizen who have been involved in the accommodation industry for many years during which we had the privilege of hosting many national and international guests. With uninterrupted sea views, a private balcony, ample light, across-the-road beach access, safety features and service that goes above and beyond, A-View-at-Kingfisher is the perfect way to experience the beauty of the Eastern Cape. Guests have direct access to the homeowner between 06:00 and 20:00 via email or mobile number.
This stylish luxury holiday home is situated within 25 m from a private beach and 200 m from Port Alfred's Blue Flag Kelley's Beach. It is located near the Port Alfred Rosehill Mall with any key restaurant attractions within a few minutes drive. The Kowie river, the marina and the various water sports on offer, from kayaking to stand-up-paddleboarding, to a fishing boat trip, are all a few minutes drive away. The area is equipped with CCTV and monitored on a 24-hour basis by SAPS as well as 2 security firms, with most neighbours in the area permanent Port Alfred residents.
