The Barn Owl, Kingfisher Apartment & Swallow Cottages are located on a beautiful farm in the heart of the Central Drakensberg. This farm stay provides an excellent family or friends escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Our cottages are self-catering, with fully equipped kitchens and braai areas. These cottages can accommodate up to 4 guests and boasts incredible views of the farm and Drakensberg mountains. Guaranteed to be a peaceful and memorable stay. Our Swallow Cottage is pet friendly upon request for small to medium breeds. Furry friends must be kept on a leash and must be friendly towards cats and other dogs. Acorn Cottages is a farm stay so please do expect to be greeted by our friendly farm animals and dogs. Please give us a heads up if you are planning on bringing your pets.
At Acorn Cottages, we are a small ,family owned, local South African business. We love hosting people from all over and making them feel at home.
Located in the heart of the Central Drakensberg, World Heritage Site. The Barn Owl Cottage & The Swallow Cottages and The Kingfisher Apartment are found in a very central the area and are close to a variety of attractions, restaurants, hiking traIls and activities.
