You won't easily find another gem like this! This elegant three bedroom townhouse is perfect for families whom enjoy watersports and being around pristine waterways or who just want to experience something different. Situated in the Silwerstrand Golf and River. Launch your boat just down the way and enjoy mooring on your doorstep. Come visit the valley of wine and roses, spend summer evenings absorbing sunsets on the deck or snuggle up to the cozy fireplace in winter. Please note that there is no alternative power during load shedding. For load shedding schedule check Ashton 3 on the Eskom app.
