This holiday house on Beach Road with 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 2 with a single bed), kitchen, bathroom and lounge, has a separate flatlet at the back with two bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with two single beds). The flatlet also has a shower and toilet. It is an older house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a barbeque on the patio and an enclosed lawn at the back where kids can play safely. The house is equipped with an inverter and battery.
We live in Paarl where I work at Nedbank. Our eldest is at uni and his brother attends Paarl Gim High School. My wife Carmen is a landscaper. Assistance will be available from contact through the Airbnb app.
Quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views of the ocean. Have a look at the video on YouTube : search for "Kleinmond See e ning" to see an aerial view of the neighbourhood. The grid pattern makes it very popular for strollers who do their shopping on foot at places like the Blou Bakkie (local fresh produce shop) a couple of blocks away from the house. There is a smart TV and internet connection so it should be possible to view DSTV online. The property has an enclosed courtyard with lawn that will be fine for a small dog or two. Have a look at the video on youtube (search for "Kleinmond See e ning") which will give you a good understanding of where the house is situated. This older part of Kleinmond is in a grid pattern (streets and avenues). There are a couple of shopping centres and convenience stores the biggest being the SuperSpar which has ample parking space - all of them within a 10 minute drive.
