This is a beautiful modern 3-bedroom unit that sleeps 6 guests. This is our Durban home, and we pride ourselves on the tranquillity, cleanliness and location of our property. PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!! We are situated 4.0kms to the main Ballito beaches: Willards Bay, Thompsons Bay, Salmon Bay. WE ARE NOT 500m from ZIMBAILI BEACH. The location that is advertised is NOT correct. We are within 2.0km from the main shopping centres: Ballito Junction, Ballito Lifestyle centre. We like to welcome guests to our property and appreciate guests taking pride and looking after our home during their visit. No parties, celebrations or events are allowed at the property. No smoking is allowed on the property. We do not have access to Zimbali Coastal Resort, and we do not have a golf cart available within the estate. We have an inverter installed to keep the Wi-Fi and television on during load shedding. Load shedding globes have been fitted in most of the lamps to keep the lights on. We look forward to hosting you!

I am a business owner and run a busy insurance brokerage. I am friendly and enjoy hosting guests at our property. I make myself available for guests and strive to resolve any issues that may be faced at the property.
This is a private residential estate with lovely neighbours. We do not tolerate parties, events or celebrations in our property. Acceptance of the house rules must be agreed to upon confirmation of the booking and prior to arrival. Security is strict with guests that do not adhere to the rules of the body corporate of the estate and reserve the right to remove guests for failure to comply with the rules. There are two big shopping centres namely Ballito Junction and Ballito Lifestyle Centre located within a few kilometres from the estate. If you are travelling with or without children and would like a list of recommendations from us, we will gladly send these to you on request.
