Fallsway trading under the company name of Vali’s Properties Limited have been in the real estate market for over 20 years now. Fallsway Suites is located very centrally in Massmedia, one of the new upcoming areas in Lusaka. In the last three years the whole of Massmedia and Thabo Mbeki Road (Going towards Arcades and East Park shopping malls) have seen a significant uplift. Fallsway Suites is a small 5 minute drive from Arcades and East Park shopping malls. Closely located is the ZNBC Complex, UN Complex, Multichoice head offices, and various other residential buildings.
