Olga's is much more than a restaurant and a guesthouse: It is the final stage of an educational project for vulnerable youth of Livingstone's poorest neighborhoods. All Olga's profits go to finance the activities of the Youth Community Training Center (YCTC), a school offering free training to youth (15-25 years old) orphans of HIV/AIDS based in Livingstone Libuyu. Olga's belongs to the Diocese of Livingstone
