Very nice room, large and spacious. Perfect location for getting to the airport or catching the bus. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Their support with our luggage problems was invaluable, and without them we wouldn't have found a solution.     The hotel was an Ibis budget hotel, which I hadn't realised when I booked and so the cost was very reasonable for the London area and very close to Heathrow airport. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

    I stayed in Ibis budget before which was pretty awful. But this one isn't a budget one. It's very nice inside, the bed was enormous and comfortable, the bathroom was very modern. Very good choice for breakfast!
