The location of this hotel is excellent, being right next to the train station, which made it very convenient for us to catch an early train without having to wake up too early. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. One night, when we were about to enter the hotel, we were followed by a stranger, possibly a tramp or beggar. We turned to the front desk for assistance, and the man there handled the situation professionally. He promptly called security, who escorted the individual away without causing any commotion. The situation was resolved smoothly, and we felt safe and secure. Overall, our stay was pleasant and worry-free, thanks to the great location and attentive staff.

    I've stayed in several IBIS hotels around the world and all of them are keeping up to a decent standard. The room is clean and comfy. The room does not have a balcony in case it is important to you. The location is a little bit far from the center and main tourist sites, so expect to take a tram - the stop is just one minute away from the hotel. This is a perfect hotel for a short 1-2 nights stopover or a business trip.

    Great location next to Grand Central Station with good links to marrocco. Good facilities they are clean and tidy. Under ground secure parking for my motorbike. Great breakfast. I find most Ibis hotels of a good standard.
