The room was very clean, spacious, quiet and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The included breakfast was also pleasant. Wish there were more vegetarian options. The staff was also kind and helpful

The location is perfect, especially if you're planning to go to the train station early in the morning.

First of all, I would like to thank most kindly the wonderful staff at the front desk, namely, the dark young gentleman who manned the front desk from 7AM at 22nd October Sunday, the day of my departure. I had caught a nasty stomach flu on previous days and was in terrible shape, but the gentleman helped me wonderfully, by smartly recommending the most suitable hospital possible and help with the taxi, making sure the driver knew where to go. That really saved me and I recovered enough to be able to make my flight. He also guided me where was close and open to buy the prescription on Sunday. And also helped with the transporation to the airport, which was difficult because there was some kind of traffic trouble that day. He went above and beyond and was kind and most efficient and smart, I cannot commend him highly enough. Really a wonderful professional hotel staff and kind and intelligent person. I'm sorry that I needed time to recover back home and then influenza and make-up hectic work and I'm writing this now. Because I did want to write long thorough comments which did some justice to the wonderful service. The hotel was also very nice, with great breakfast, and very clean, spacious rooms, with excellent and friendly cleaning staff.

How every time we'd arrive to the room , the sheets of the bed were changed daily and the towels of the bathroom as well !

Clean room with all necessary amenities. Reception staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of food as well as freshly baked Pastel de nata.
